First Question

All questionnaire designs have at least one starting question to uniquely identify the answers to a set of questions. For example, first question could be the respondent's name if doing a customer satisfaction questionnaire or the house being surveyed in the case of a stock condition questionnaire.

To change this mandatory first question follow these steps.

Double click on it in the question display area to show the following screen
Choose a question type to text and change the Questionnaire Identifier option to read "Customer name"
Click Apply to accept your changes
